Create an account, then choose Create a mosque. You become its president. Add your committee from Members, give each person their role in Roles and access, and set the prayer times and the mosque's location in Settings.

Share the mosque's invite code from Members. People enter it in the app and ask to join; an officer who approves members accepts them. If your mosque asks for registration, they fill in the form first.

Each role decides what its holders can see and do, from members to the treasurer and president. Officers change this in Settings, Roles and access. Every change is kept in the audit trail.

Yes. Everything is saved on your phone first and sent when you are back online. Changes from others arrive within seconds while you are connected.

Entries are never edited or deleted. A mistake is corrected by a second officer's approval, and both records stay. Larger expenses need the approvals your mosque has set, and each month can be closed and signed off.

Only the officers who need them, such as those who approve members. Your mosque decides what it asks for. We never sell your data and the app has no ads or tracking.

Only you and the officers who approve members. Every time an officer opens one, it is recorded.

On the lock screen tap Forgot passcode, then use your account password to choose a new one. If you sign in with Google, sign out and sign in again. An officer can also ask for a reset from your profile.

Go to Settings, your profile, and choose Delete account. Your account and personal details are removed. Financial records your mosque must keep by law stay with the mosque, without your name where possible.

Yes, for small mosques: up to 3 admins and 50 members, for life. Larger mosques and groups have a plan, which the mosque's administrator manages on our website. We are not here to make a profit: plans only cover servers, storage and support.

Azan times are calculated on your phone for the mosque's location and chosen method. Iqamah and Jumu'ah times are set by your mosque. Always follow your mosque's announcements.
