In short
This page is a one-page summary of the most important things to know about My Mosque: who runs it, what it costs, how renewal and cancelling work, what happens to your data, and what the app is and is not. Who we are. My Mosque is run by {{OPERATOR_NAME}}, {{OPERATOR_ADDRESS}}, {{OPERATOR_COUNTRY}}. Website: {{WEBSITE}}.
Not for profit. We do not build My Mosque to make a profit. Fees only cover servers, the cloud database and storage, maintenance and support. Your mosque's data lives in the cloud, and cloud services cost money.
Prices (USD, per single mosque or organisation; taxes may apply):
- Free for life: up to 3 admins and 50 members. One free mosque per admin.
- Standard: up to 5 admins and 150 members, $25/month or $280/year.
- Large: up to 50 admins and 2,000 members, $600/month or $7,000/year. 60-day free trial, card required.
- Add-on packs (Standard and Large): +3 admins or +20 members, $10/month or $110/year each.
- "Admin" means anyone with a role other than plain Member.
Automatic renewal. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each month or year and charge the card on file, until you cancel. The Large trial turns into a paid plan when it ends unless you cancel before.
How to cancel. On {{WEBSITE}} (billing page), at any time. Your plan stays until the end of the period you paid for. No partial refunds, except where the law requires (for example the EU/UK 14-day right for consumers).
If a plan ends or payment fails. Nothing is deleted. You can still read and edit everything. Only adding admins or members beyond the free limits pauses.
Price changes. At least 30 days' notice.
Your data and where it is. Your mosque decides what it records and is in charge of it; we process it for the mosque. We are in charge of your account, support tickets and billing contacts. Data is stored in Supabase's EU region, encrypted in transit and at rest, and in an encrypted database on your phone. Your app passcode and encryption keys never leave your device. You can delete your account in the app or on {{WEBSITE}}.
No ads, no tracking. No advertising, no analytics or tracking tools, no selling or sharing of your data.
Third parties. Supabase (database and storage), Stripe (payments on the website; card details never touch our servers), Google (only if you sign in with Google), {{EMAIL_PROVIDER}} (email), our help desk at {{WEBSITE}} (support), and push notification services if turned on (CHECK).
Religious data. Membership of a mosque can reveal religion. Each mosque's data is kept apart, access follows roles set by the mosque, ID papers are seen only by you and the officers who approve members (each view is logged), and the data is never used for anything but running the service.
Prayer times are calculations. They are worked out on your phone from a calculation method and your mosque's settings. Always check with your mosque.
Quran text and audio. Sources are credited in the app. CHECK each source's licence.
Finance tools are records, not advice. Finance, zakat, payroll, Gift Aid and reports help you keep records. They are not accounting, tax, legal or religious advice. Your mosque is responsible for its records and for following its local laws.
